Osaka Expo on August 7 & 9

On August 7 and 9, I worked as a registered dietitian at the Japan Dietetic Association’s exhibition booth, assisting foreign visitors. Over the two days, I introduced visitors from all over Japan and around the world to local cuisine. I hope I was able to convey at least a little of the appeal of Japanese cuisine, which supports health and longevity.

8月7日と8月9日は管理栄養士として日本栄養士会の展示ブースで外国人対応をしました。2日間で多くの来館者に日本全国の郷土料理を紹介しました。健康長寿を支える和食の魅力を少しでも伝えることができたかな?
